Community Titles Scheme
Community Title Schemes are registered under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997 (the BCCM Act). In addition to the BCCM Act, each scheme is registered under one of the five regulation modules.
If you want to find out if your scheme is registered under the BCCM Act or find out what regulation module applies to your body corporate, you can check your schemes Community Management Statement (CMS). To obtain a copy of your schemes CMS, you can request a copy from our website or contact your scheme’s Strata Manager.
Schemes that do not have a CMS registered do not fall under the BCCM Act and regulations.
BCsystems’ Strata Managers are extremely knowledgeable in the interpretation and application of the relevant legislation ensuring compliance and that your Body Corporate is operating within the legislative framework.
