The annual general meeting (AGM) for your body corporate is approaching. The AGM is your opportunity to participate in the decision-making process for your own body corporate.

Owners are entitled to nominate individuals for election to the body corporate committee, and submit motions for consideration at the AGM. Nominations and motions must be submitted by the last day of your body corporate’s financial year.
